Stainless steel pipe production process

5. Heat treatment: The stainless steel pipe needs to be heat treated after welding. 7. Surface treatment: After trimming and calibration, the stainless steel pipe needs to be surface treated. This step may include polishing, pickling, electroplating or spraying to increase the smoothness, beauty and corrosion resistance of the stainless steel pipe surface.
8. Packaging and delivery: Finally, the surface-treated stainless steel pipe needs to be packaged and prepared for delivery. This step usually involves packaging the stainless steel pipe with plastic film and then packing it in a wooden box or steel box to protect the stainless steel pipe from damage during transportation and storage.
